FOREIGN LANGUAGES

The Foreign Language Center Ε. Theoharidou applies modern educational processes for the students' and adults' classes, in all five languages.

For all the languages there are special terminology classes catering to employees in the private and public sectors, university foundation courses, and a wide range of summer intensive courses. The weekly program is flexible. All courses focus on the preparation and acquisition of degrees in all languages.

PRE-JUNIORS CLASSES
FOR ENGLISH-FRENCH-GERMAN
Having in mind the need of knowing at least two foreign languages today we organized programs for Α and Β grade students for the English, French and German language.
The goal of these programs is the familiarization with the foreign language through educational games and activities.

 

Knowing that children act and learn through kinetic or mental activities, we formed a special room giving them the opportunity to express their creativity through educational games, songs, handkrafts, paperworks, painting and puppetshow.

In the beginning of this effort we set the following goals:
To present children with the particular language by attracting them with many activities
To initiate motivation and contact with the language.
To cultivate speaking and listening skills.
To familiarize with the verbs, words and expressions that are of frequent use.
To provide them with sufficient means to apply in the future.
To spend their time in a pleasant and creative way.
